There are many things happening with life right now. My wedding is coming up in a few weeks. I’m still full-steam ahead with teaching my students. My blog is also taking on a new life and picking up speed. All of this means that I have no time to slow down, and I need to keep moving to balance all of what is going on to make everything a success.
When I start getting overwhelmed with things, I look for inspiration everywhere. There are so many things constantly occurring around me, and I use those things to inspire me to push on and even try new things like LIFEWTR from 7-Eleven.
When I first started wedding planning, I was inspired by all of the things that other brides managed to do, try, and accomplish. These things included planning their own wedding, starting a new fitness program, and beginning their search for wedding musts. Thanks to reading many articles and blog posts, I found so much inspiration.
For a few months, I started going to the gym with my sister when I was living closer to her. Then I started trying different facial products to find the right products to improve my skin. Through all of that, I did most of the planning for my upcoming wedding (though I will admit that I hired a wedding planner within these last two months to take away some of the stress).
When heading to the gym, I made sure to have the absolute essentials in my bag that inspired me and made sure that I was exceptional both on the inside and out. Here are a few things that I have in my bag for a great workout!
- A Phone or Music Player with an Upbeat Playlist – You will have to keep the beat up to keep you pushing past that moment when you feel like you’re getting extremely tired.
- Extra Comfortable and Stylish Shoes – Never head to the gym with shoes that don’t fit your feet and are not comfortable. You will end up paying the price later. I always say, there’s nothing wrong with having a stylish pair that represents you.
- A Sweat Towel – I have one that absorbs moisture because, let’s admit it, we all sweat. If you’re not sweating during your workout, then that means it’s time to kick it up to the next level!
- A bottle of LIFEWTR – With that stylish 1 liter water bottle, you’re bound to stay hydrated and be able to keep pushing yourself as this workout does wonders for your body inside and out.
With these items in my bag, my workouts were practically amazing and beyond inspirational. In those moments, I found it is possible to achieve everything that you want to achieve.
Even outside of the gym, I make sure to carry something with me that not only inspires me but keeps me moving, and that’s LIFEWTR from 7-Eleven.
Water, for me, is a necessary component of life. We are mostly made of water, and honestly, that’s inspiring. A natural element of the world is something that we are made of – that’s pure poetry in motion! So, when I’m at work, you’ll find a bottle of LIFEWTR at my desk. When I’m sitting at the kitchen table working on my blog or wedding planning, you’ll also find a bottle of LIFEWTR near me.
LIFEWTR restores my body, refreshes my mind, and keeps me fully hydrated, and for a teacher, that is essential. You can’t have your throat drying up in the middle of the day. This bottle of water is quick for me to grab. I can stop by my local 7-Eleven, grab a bottle out of the fridge, and I’m off to work. All the while, I am feeling inspired and getting everything that I need to get done, and get it done successfully.
Get inspired and grab yourself a bottle of LIFEWTR at your local 7-Eleven – it’s quick and easy to find. Also, one of the great things is that it comes with a sports cap for workouts or a regular bottle top.
