bloomsybox review

I am a girl who loves to receive flowers. It’s like a surprise that warms the heart and adds freshness to any room. And with me just moving into my very first apartment with my fiance, flowers to set in the middle of our kitchen table or in the living room makes flowers even more important to me.

Recently, I was introduced to a BloomsyBox – a subscription service that sends fresh flowers monthly.

Subscription services are great things to be a part of. It is like you’re able to get a new gift every month. This could be a gift that you send yourself, because you should treat yourself now and then, or this can be a gift that you send to someone special in your life.

I received one month of BloomsyBox and here’s what I thought about it.

My BloomsyBoxarrived to my front door at the beginning of the month. When opened, the flowers were still fresh and in it included a small informational pamphlet that instructed me as to how to take care of my flowers and what the flowers are.

The flowers come long stemmed which is great for most people, but if you don’t like them long stemmed like me because you have short vases, you can always cut the stems lower and place them in your vase. I thought that having the flowers long stemmed was great because of that fact that you can cut the stems shorter but if you received them short, you can’t make the stems longer.

After putting the flower food in my personal vase and cutting the stems, the flowers lived for quite some time. They lasted all month which is a good thing because of the fact that if you have the monthly service, you need the flowers to last all month until the next set comes.

Overall, I think that this subscription box is one that is meant for gifting. In the upcoming season, I will be looking to gift my flower lovers a few months or even a year of BloomsyBox.
