If you’re like me, you may have dry skin that causes your face to get oily in the middle of the day. Which, of course, is not a great thing for your makeup. I’ve spent all those dollars that I save when budget shopping on finding a product that will nourish and moisturize my skin so that I can wear my makeup all day without worrying about it running.
When Face Masks is a product that I discovered recently that has given my skin the moisture that it needs. I tried out two face masks from When which both gave me different but similar results – the similarity being that my skin received the moisture that it needed so much.
Both of these masks are applied the same. You unwrap the mask from the wrapper and pull away the plastic and paper that holds the mask together. The mask goes over your face and already has pre-made openings for your eyes, mouth, and nose. It is advised to wear the mask for at least a half an hour to get the full effect.
“The Last Choice“ is a mask made with coconut juice that is great for the person whose skin is in need of a glass of water. I put this mask on after my morning shower (during a weekend) and wore it for a half hour before I went on with the rest of my day. My face remained moisturized and refreshed for the entire day and I even felt the difference in my skin.
“Glamour Base” is also made of coconut juice so it provides nourishment and moisture to the skin. The difference between this mask and the former, is that it includes other ingredients that prepares your skin for your makeup. I put this on for a half hour before applying my make-up when I was about to go out for a girl’s night. After, I went on with my makeup routine and found that my makeup lasted a lot longer that it used to.
When Face Masks can be found at beauty supply stores such as Sephora and Ulta for about $7 each. But what I discovered is that if you go into one of these stores during a sale time, you can purchase these in multiples for a discounted price – thus saving money when you need to maintain your budget.
