Bunny Hop Martini | Easter Cocktail Recipe

After Dinner Easter Cocktail

What are you thinking about serving for your Easter cocktail this season? Maybe you’re thinking about a floral margarita or maybe you’re looking for another Spring cocktail that you enjoy making such as a sangria that you can put in a pitcher and easily serve. Or maybe you’re looking for a sweet martini that you’ll have fun making and people will love sipping on during the Easter festivities.

The Bunny Hop martini – named primarily because of the “kick or hop” you’ll get from the taste of the gin paired with the sweet taste of what comes with Easter. This smooth, sweet, and slightly floral martini can be made in less than five minutes which makes it a great cocktail to serve as an after dinner cocktail or during a party when you have a good size group looking for a cocktail.

The Bunny Hop Easter Cocktail

With all of the Easter festivities that happen prior to Easter weekend and on Easter, you may be thinking about a cocktail that would be perfect to make as an after dinner drink or for sipping as you watch the little ones have their Easter egg hunt. This gin martini is easy to make and is one that you don’t have to leave just as a cocktail that you make for Easter. It is a great cocktail that you can serve all Spring season, and some even say it’s a great albino cocktail for those who know what an albino cocktail is. When making this cocktail, you can switch through some of the ingredients depending on the flavor that you would prefer. If you’re looking for something with a little more citrus, switch the lime juice for lemon juice, and if you not truly into the floral elements, tone it down by taking out the lavender syrup and simply adding simple syrup.
