Being a mom is one of the most rewarding experiences you can have, but it can also be isolating and overwhelming. One of the hardest parts of motherhood is dealing with the loss of friends. It’s normal to feel like you don’t have anything in common with your friends who don’t have kids. And it’s also common to feel like your friends who do have kids are too busy to really be there for you. In this episode, how to cope with losing friends when you become a mom. I’ll share the signs that I saw when my friendships started ending along with the ways that I coped with losing those friends and how I made new ones.
