Hilton Penn’s Landing Hotel
When looking for a place to stay that is central to all of the must-visit places in Philadelphia, you’ll want to stay at the Hilton Penn’s Landing. With views of the Delaware River on one side and a view of the Philadelphia cityscape on the other, you’ll be able to wake up to the morning sun and sip on your coffee or tea watching the city awake.
If you can, I recommend booking the Executive King Suite where you’ll have a living room area that doubles as a second bedroom, the master bedroom, a kitchen area, and two bathrooms. And if you want to upgrade even more to have a suite up to 6, there’s a possibility of having two rooms open to be joined with them middle suite that the entire family can spend time together if they wish.
When staying at the Hilton Penn’s Landing, you can enjoy the Rope and Anchor restaurant on the bottom floor connected to the lobby, walk out along the harbour, and also place your lock on the Hope Fence right outside of the hotel.
Also make sure to take advantage of the pool, sauna, and workout area. Depending on when you go, but if you get up early around 8am when the pool is open, you’ll be able to enjoy the pool, which also has an outdoor area with a view of the city and river, all to yourself.
