The holidays are a very busy time of the year especially if you decide to travel. There are so many festivities, family gatherings, work parties, white elephant parties and just general good times with friends. But also during this time, we are traveling quite a bit. Even now as I think about these past few weeks, I know that our Jeep is starting to wear down with the amount of mileage we have been putting on it with all of the places we want to go. And even some of us, like a few of my friends, are traveling out-of-state and taking long road trips or flying themselves. No matter what your circumstances, there is a lot of traveling that takes place during the holiday season.
Right now, I’m going to admit. I am, what my students like to call me, a little “high-maintenance”. I consistently get the: “Miss…if I was a teacher, I would just show up in whatever and not take the time to pick out an entire outfit in the morning. It’s way too early.”
So when I travel, I have to travel in style. The only plain piece of travel luggage that I own is the large suitcase that my husband and I bought together and it was easier to purchase it off of our discounted registry after the wedding. But every other travel piece that I own has some flair.
Having flair makes your luggage stand out and it’s a conversation starter which usually begins with “where did you get that?”
