After checking into your hotel, changing out of your travel clothes and maybe taking a quick shower, take time to gather your things, call and Uber and head out to lunch at Las Palmas.

After lunch, you may want to take the time just find yourself wandering around Dallas and getting familiar with the area. There’s quite a few places you can visit in the area to shop and just simply sightsee, but I wouldn’t suggest packing a whole lot in for the first day. After lunch, you may want to head back to the hotel and unpack and then get ready for a sunset cocktail experience at Vincents within the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District.

And if you did stop through Nasher, then you’ll want to head back to the Dallas Museum of Art and make sure you take a look at the all of the exhibits because there is no way you could see all of them while also visiting another museum.
